Nova Bus recognized once more among the Volvo Group
Saint-Eustache, Quebec, February 18, 2008 — For the fourth straight year, Nova Bus has received a Volvo Bus Executive Committee award, this time for its outstanding performance in the industry. The company won BEC awards for “Operational excellence” in 2004 and 2005, and for “Customer satisfaction” in 2006.
Every year, Volvo Bus’ executive committee grants BEC awards to the Corporation’s worldwide subsidiaries who have achieved outstanding performance in such categories as operational excellence and customer satisfaction. This prize recognizes the company’s sound management and the entire Nova Bus team’s commitment to growth, in collaboration with its partner clients.
Nova Bus President and CEO Gilles Dion welcomed the news with pride, stating, “This latest recognition confirms what can be achieved when every single colleague commits to delivering quality, not only in our products, but in our work. This is a great team success.”
